An Interactive Bible Study (Volume 1) based on the TV Series: The Chosen

Today, issues of identity are at the forefront of an evolving culture. Insecurity, confusion, and a desire for purpose seem to dominate. In this context, we need to understand what it means to be chosen. Being chosen by Jesus has beautiful and far-reaching implications that say even more about the Chooser than the chosen. We belong to the family of God because Jesus invites us, making the Bible and all its promises as true for us today as it was for God’s chosen nation. We will explore what it actually means to be chosen.

During this eight-week Bible study based on the popular TV series The Chosen, you will:

• Visualize how Biblical timelines demonstrate that the Old Testament leads directly to Jesus.
• Explain Isaiah 43 and its fulfillment in Jesus and the lives of His followers.
• Examine script excerpts, quotes, and illustrations from the related TV series.
• Discuss in-depth Biblical concepts with other participants.
• Answer this question: "What Does It Mean to Be Chosen?"
