Families, couples, and individuals can get ‘’stuck” in relationships of strife that keep them from growing in Christ. Although relationships can fall apart, there is a Godly path to reconcile with others so that Spiritual growth continues. You will examine the principles of reconciliation, and identify your primary communication style as well as effective communication techniques. During the program, you will develop an awareness of relationships that can’t be reconciled and how to move forward. You will create an action plan to implement learnings and put them into practice.

By the end of this 4-week program, you will be able to:

• State Biblical Principles of Reconciliation and the characters that demonstrate these principles.
• Identify your primary communication style and the six motivators that drive behavior.
• Explain how relationships fall apart.
• Apply the four keys to effective communication using the 12-Day Communication Challenge.
• Practice how to have difficult conversations.
• Identify relationships that can't be reconciled and how to move forward.
• Develop an action plan to implement learnings.
