Northgate Stitchers support local and global ministries to touch the lives of children in need. We use our gifts to show God's love by providing pillowcases, blankets, Hope packs and dresses to help kids feel better, stay warm and know that they are loved.

Join us on a "Sew Day" to:
  • Make pillowcases, dresses, NICU hearts and receiving blankets.
  • Crochet or Tie fleece blankets.

  • 100% quilters cotton fabric.
  • Blizzard or anti pill fleece.

Dress a Girl Around the World is a Campaign under Hope 4 Women International bringing dignity to women around the world since 2006. The dresses let the girls know that they are worthy and have respect and that they are loved by God. By providing a new dress you may well be changing a young girl’s&nbsp;destiny.

The Solano County Chapter of Project Linus provides comfort and security to seriously ill and traumatized children in Solano County through gifts of handmade blankets and quilts.

Inspirational Hearts are given to mothers whose newborn infants have been admitted to the Newborn Intensive Care Unit. The fabric heart is worn against the mother’s skin so that the fabric absorbs the scent of the parents. The heart is placed with the baby in the isolette or crib so the mother is always with her&nbsp;child.

This ministry has been led to take Jesus into the public schools in the Appalachia Counties in Kentucky and they are currently ministering in 14 counties. Hope for Appalachia gives out hats and mittens/gloves, dresses, pillowcases, and comfort blankets.

Crestwood is an intake location for men and women found on the street, by law enforcement. The facility is set up to assess where they go next. If it is a hospital, a shelter, mental health, a missing person with dementia, etc. They stay anywhere from overnight to a couple of weeks.
