GriefShare is a national program to bring you a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences. If you’ve lost a spouse, child, family member or friend, you’ve probably found that there are not many people who understand the deep hurt you feel. You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone.

Each week your group will watch a video that covers topics essential to your recovery from the hurt of grief and loss. After each video, your group will spend time discussing what was presented in that week's video seminar and what is going on in your lives. At the end of the program, you will:

• Recognize the grieving process and your journey of grief.
• Identify the complex feelings associated with the loss of a loved one.
• Have had the opportunity to share and talk with others in a supportive group.
